Got hurt at dodgeball?

Tell your league ambassador as soon as you can. Then submit a short injury report so we can follow up.

A player, ambassador, or witness can report an injury. If you’re reporting for someone else, say what you saw yourself and what they told you.

Report an injury

Include the league, date, location, what happened, and what help was provided. It’s okay to say you don’t know or aren’t sure.

Please don’t include medical bills, insurance documents, Social Security numbers, or detailed medical history. Those belong in the separate claims process.

What happens after a report?

We’ll review the report and follow up when needed. Reports are kept out of public view. Relevant information may be shared with the insurer or claims administrator when needed.

Insurance questions?

Our accident coverage may help with eligible medical costs from covered dodgeball injuries. If you have other medical insurance, claims must go through that insurance first.

Contact us promptly for claim steps. Benefits depend on eligibility, policy terms, limits, and exclusions.

Submitting an injury report does not notify the insurer or start an insurance claim. Don’t wait for all your bills to arrive before asking about claim steps.
